Orders made via Surrounded By Animals will be shipped according to their weight. Item weight can be found on the product page under additional information.
Orders made before 3pm will be dispatched the same day Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched Monday.
Light orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over 1.9 kg will be shipped via UPS with the exception of the 6 kg, 7.5 kg & 12 kg pet food bags which will be shipped via DPD.
