Orders made via Surrounded By Animals will be shipped according to their weight. Item weight can be found on the product page under additional information.
Orders made before 11am will be dispatched the same day Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched Monday.
Most orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with the exception of the 6 kg, 7.5 kg & 12 kg pet food bags which will be shipped via DPD.

Local Delivery & Collection
We now offer free local delivery for pet owners living in BN20, BN21, BN22, BN23, BN26 & BN27. Depending on your item, this may take 0-2 working days.
We also offer the option of free local collection. If you choose to collect, you’ll receive a 15% discount on your order for collecting. You must wait for your “collection ready” email before collecting. Depending on your item, this may take 0-2 working days.
